"I’ve been with State for a long long time. I started out with Bill Thompson in Fayetteville,Ga until he retired . Never had any issues nor had to file a claim. Once he retired I moved on to Andy Arnold in Fayetteville, Ga. Andy and his team are the best. Ally hands down is awsome!! I can always count on her to answer any questions about my policy. She keeps us updated on new things State Farm has to offer. Always checking on us. It really makes us happy to know Andy and Ally are there for us. Ally is a good Neighbor and we know State Farn is there for the Banks Family."

"Just look at his responses, this is all you need to know to not do business with this rude, u professional jerk liar. Make sure you look at and read all the picks. Don't do business with these con artists. Their drive safe beacon dings me for the hard right turn onto my street no matter what the speed is... And even worse, our insurance went up $150 a month with zero warning, notification, or reason. Explain to me how within a year, with no tickets, no accidents and no warnings does it go up??? Absolutely crooked and horrible company. I should have known after they WERE CAUGHT INFLUENCING JUDGES THAT THEY WERE A GARBAGE COMPANY WITH IMMORAL EMPLOYEES WILLING TO STOOP TO ALL TIME LOWS TO DRAG EVERY PENNY OUT OF YOU THEY CAN. ANDY IS A PATHETIC LIAR WHO IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!! And they're not lies you jerk... All you gotta do is look at your other 1 star reviews and see I'm telling the truth"

"Hey Reginald. I would take this down as well as the negative Facebook review because all of this are lies. Let's start by reiterating what I told you back on March 11th and how I have zero say in controlling insurance premiums so me being greedy is false. I honestly wish I could because if I had this power, I would reduce everyone's premiums to keep their business for their entire lifetimes since that would be the wise move. As far as being unprofessional, I have done nothing but offered solutions to you. About this drive safe and save beacon discount, which as I have stated numerous times, it is strictly a discount. However, at this time in March, you texted how you decided to delete the app so the discount was removed which is one of the factors of your May renewal increase. If you recall, I did text to point you in the direction with their phone number to report the issue inside your app on your phone about this hard turning situation near your address and you said you would get back with me with what they say and how to solve it for other customers and never did. Did you even attempt to dive into this with them with your beacon? I would assume not since I never heard back anything until now. Besides deleting the discount off your KIA, we also discussed the state wide increase across every auto insurance company in America. We also discussed that having a KIA Forte doesn't help the situation as well because if you look at your renewal paperwork, the liability and comprehensive rating groups have increased for this type of vehicle. This means that Forte's have been in more of those types of claims so this increases the risk of anyone with that type of vehicle no matter who, what age, or what their driving habits are. I take super offense for your rude and unprofessional comment since myself and my team work hard for our customers and we always offer solutions like coverage changes and you didn't want to do that. I know even recommended for you to apply for the Rewards Card so you could earn back 5% off all your insurance premiums moving forward when making your payments and you declined that as well. You mentioned back in March as well how you were going to shop around and I did tell you to send me the quote/policy if you found something cheaper since I would be shocked and never heard from you since then. If you took this as rude, I apologize but it sounds like you didn't find anything any cheaper with the same coverages. All in all, since it seems that I am not unfortunately not fulfilling your insurance needs, please let me know other State Farm Agency that you would prefer to be with and I will transfer your KIA policy to them immediately."

"Sure, go with Andy Arnold. Poor guy seems to desperately need every penny. Edit in response to agent's reply below: ("Good afternoon Jasbir. Your online account must be hacked since Imy records show you passed away on 7/17/2023 so no way this post is you. I am starting to think this is Jasbir's daughter, Bhninder Kaur, so I would change your cell phone plan as well to show your name and not his. Sorry you're upset that you kept paying for insurance on his vehicle after his passing when you should have notified us at that time to take care of what needed to be done instead of waiting until Dec 2023 to do so. Not one Underwriting department for any insurance company would backdate to refund the money since you were paying for coverage and we would have honored the claim if something were to happen.") Of course this is his daughter. I continue to wait for the requested copy of his insurance policy, and therefore any evidence of your claim that I had "4-6 weeks" to inform you of the passing. I would also like to see proof that State Farm would have honored a claim on a liability-only policy when I was the only person who had access to the vehicle apart from my father and I was unlicensed until December 2023. Edit in response to Agent Andy Arnold's response ("In response to your last post, I did email you the sample declarations page as well as told you what page the verbiage was on about the 4-6 week comment. State Farm ALWAYS finds way to pay their customers so again, if you would have hit someone, we would have paid out with a check made out to Jasbir Lonial and whoever is the executor of his estate would be able to cash it. I would make sure everything is current on your end though, whether cell phone plans, lease agreements, etc. I do have to get back to work and help my customers. Have a good rest of your week and check your email for the document I emailed after I called underwriting about this.") I have received no such email. Would you care to send it again?"

"The Best insurance agent I ever had is Andy, he went far and beyond explined and answer all my question, very patience, compassionate and understanding, very polite. He took his time to explain things I didn't understand before. He makes this transition easy, it shouldn't have to be hard. We went over to match my budget and what was best for me, he truly show he cares and wanted to offer me the best option, within my budget. He reflects what companies should be about their clients. Very efficient, very respectful, very professional. I'm so happy to be part of this car insurance after feeling abandoned from my previous insurance, and after being a loyal client for decades. "Andy will get you the coverage you need and explain why the other companies claim to cover so much, for so little, when in reality they are not. I would definitely recommend anyone that is considering changing insurance companies to five him a call. Consultation and knowledge is free, but the insurance however, is not. You get what you pay for, so make sure every penny counts for you."

"Couldn't ask for more. Mr Andy is very friendly without compromising professionalism. He worked on my auto insurance even at late night. If you are looking for someone who is patient and will explain the details of the insurance, definitely, you have to look for this awesome person. He offers recommendations and explains the pros and cons. Looking forward to insure my upcoming home and cars to this awesome guy. High five man! Cheers!"
